Terms Of Intervention In The Accidents

We receive the Warning of Appraisal that indicates the day in which the vehicle will be at the mechanics garage. We will appraise the vehicle during the morning of the indicated day, unless the Company indicates that it has to be carried out in the evening.
Other Incidents
Once the Warning of Appraisal is received in our offices, the Insured will be contacted by telephone within 24 hours, with the purpose of arranging a visit.

Once the appraiser has visited the mechanics garage, the Company will be informed within 48 hours, by means of the definitive Appraisal Report, in the case of closing of the appraisal, or with an Advance of the Appraisal, when it is not possible to close the appraisal in the first visit, by possible disassembling of the vehicle or other circumstances.
Also, in the case of not being able to close the appraisal within the next days, follow-up reports will be made every 7 days, indicating the state of the accident.
Other Incidents
Once the appraisal has been made, the Company will be informed within 48 hours, by means of the definitive Appraisal Report, in the case of closing of the appraisal, or with a Preliminary Report if it is not possible to conclude the appraisal, indicating the circumstances and the estimation of damages.
Also, in case of not being able to close the appraisal in the next days, follow-up reports will be made every 7 days, indicating the state of the accident.

- Search and selection of Arranged mechanic garages by express request of the Company to obtain to reductions in prices hour, possible discounts, improvement of conditions of payment, etc.

- Exhaustive observance of the terms established for the intervention and delivery of the accidents, trying to reduce to the maximum the times of closing of definitive reports.
- Reduction of the average cost of the accidents by means of the control and adjustment of valuations with internal and external Repairers, as well as by means of the precise application of the Contract of Insurance, analyzing capital insured, measures of protection and prevention, possible proportional rules and of fairness, depreciations, etc.
- Immediate telephone contact with the Insured, at the moment of the reception of the Warning of Appraisal, with the purpose of knowing the initial state the accident and its urgency, and to arrange a later visit to the Risk.
- Expert intervention in no workable days, in those cases in which the Insured resides in place different from the one from the Risk and is not possible to him to go during the week.
- Detection of possible fraudulent accidents objectively verifying causes and circumstances of the facts, contrasting versions and declarations of the parts through third persons, verifying real dates of occurrence and antiquity of the damages, etc.
- Totally computerized management in the processing and shipment of Advances, Expert Reports and Valuations to the Companies, with the purpose of reducing to the maximum the time for the resolution of the accident.
